ALL PRICES AND AVAILABILITY ARE
SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
We accept cash, Visa, Discover, American Express,
Mastercard and company checks with proper identification. A $25
fee will be charged for any returned check. There are no discounts
for hardgoods. For customers with established good credit, we
offer terms of net 30 days from date of invoice and pickup. Late
charges of 1.5% per month will be charged on all overdue balances.
Any account showing a balance of 60 days or more will be handled
on a C.O.D. basis with no discounts allowed. Payments on the balance
must be made to continue purchasing material. A 5% Maryland Sales
Tax will be charged on all orders within Maryland unless your
Maryland Sales Tax number is supplied to us prior to purchase.
No other state's exemptions will be accepted.
OUR ONLY GUARANTEE:
We guarantee plant material to be properly identified,
properly handled and in good health at the time of sale. It
is not our policy to accept returned items. Under special
circumstances, some items may be accepted for return, but a 15%
restocking fee will be charged. No returned plant material will
be accepted after 48 hours of sale under any conditions. THE FORGOING
WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND WE HEREBY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
(INCLUDING LOSS OR PROFITS) WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR
ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SUM GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
Delivery service is available for an additional fee. Customers
are required to supply necessary labor and equipment to unload.
When necessary, we can arrange crane service. Customers are responsible
for all crane costs.
TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS: DO NOT send your customers to
inspect material unless you accompany them. CHILDREN AND PETS
ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE NURSERY FOR SAFETY REASONS.
