PT to FT Human Resources Generalist

Manor View Farm, Inc. a Wholesale Landscape Distribution Center in Northern Baltimore County, is seeking a person to support daily HR tasks in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The HR Generalist will connect management and employees, ensuring clear communication and compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred but not required, or related field experience.
• 2 -5 years of HR experience (generalist or related role).
• HR certification is a plus.
• Understanding of Spanish language a plus.
• A FT position would include additional office/clerical duties.

This will begin as a part-time position – approximately 25 hours per week with a pay range starting at $40,000.  FT would start at $65,000 depending on experience and education.
